Evaluate the GSP solutions that have been embedded to understand their impact and effectiveness. Share this learning with others to inform how GSP can be brought to a wider audience.

Surrey Heartlands is one of seven national 'test and learn' sites for green social prescribing. We want the support of our local community to help us test what a successful green social prescribing programme could look like in Surrey.
